5Bhaskar Sanyal· 5 months agoFirst time here for a small surgery of my mother. Clean, hospitable people, willing to help. Nurses are extremely kind and helpful. Overall an excellent experience. My mother commented that she was very comfortable. Going home happy. Just one note on parking. If something could be done at least for senior citizens. Thanks

The doctors and internal staffs at the Andul Road, Howrah, Chunabhati Multispeciality unit are highly competent and supportive. However, there is a noticeable concern regarding the behavior of the billing section and laboratory staffs. In many instances, their communication with patients and attendant reflects a lack of empathy and at times,

1Chandan Mondal· 5 months agoPathetic management. They don't care about anyone. No one is helpful. No one is ready to talk with patient's relatives. Narayana Mukundapur and Andul are trillion times better than this hell. Narayana group should take strict actions for destroying the legacy of Narayana health. It's a shame that Narayana health has a branch like this. Shame! Shame! Shame!
