NARAYANA HEALTH AT SHIBPUR, HOWRAH IS A SUPER SPECIALITY HOSPITAL. VERY CLEAN. STAFF BEHAVIOUR IS GENTLE. CASH, UPI , DEBIT CARD AND CREDIT CARD ACCEPTED. CLRAN FLOOR, WASHROOM. LIFT CAPACITY WELL. THE DOCTOR (CARDIOLOGIST) IS A VERY GOOD PERSON. SITTING CAPACITY OF CHAIRS FOR VISITORS IS GOOD. VEHICLE PARKING LOT IS GOOD. THERE IS A MEDICINE SHOP. SOME MEDICINES NOT AVAILABLE. WEST BENGAL HEALTH SCHEME IS EMPANELLED. YOU CAN GET IN TOUCH WITH THEIR MOBILE APP.

Really Narayana was one of the best hospital. All facilities were given. All the worker staff all were very cooperative and nice to us. My father was having 3 hernia and gallbladder stone,so robotic surgery was held and it was very magical that after 2 days only my father was back to his daily life. Very delayed medical management... Very low man power.. management system a big 0... After admitting in IPD Private cabin no RMO visit at the 2nd day of admission.. Very good food and cleaning.. but this is a hospital not hotel.. good medical management is more important than good room service. And please don't confuse patient party in claim processing section...

A hospital is a place where people come when they are already stressed, anxious, and dealing with painful medical issues.
