Conversion from three month to six months plan should be at least 10 days from the end date of three month plan.please revise the upgradation time to make it customer friendly . As the patient is not sure whether will cure in 3 months or in 6 months but this type of time bound payment option creats extra pressure on patient.plase review the 3 months to 6 months upgradation time more flexible for the patient point of view.
