I had a terrific experience. I visited Dr Dalmia'a clinic twice with my ailing mom Though it takes time and the process of taking appointment is a little rigorous but with the help of Mr Vikram serving there,all went well.The kind of attention and care that a patient needs, she got that.I am so thankful and grateful and most importantly contented.

Very very bad experience in the clinic. I visited there , at reception the person said doctor will come at 2 pm. So I went home and come again at clinic. At I waited for 2pm to 4:10 pm . My first experience was totally bad about this . Doctor attending patient i again wait till 6 pm . My half day got totally waisted. This is my suggestion to avoid this clinic and try better one.

The doctor is good, but the staff is not efficient. They are misleading over the call. If the doctor is available in the clinic, but they say he is not available even though you said this is an emergency case, then they insensitively lied over the call that the doctor is not available. Their staff is only focusing on getting relief from work in a timely manner; they don't care about patient lives.Humbly requesting to the management team and Dr.Sir, please lo
