Pushpanjali is a biggest hospital in Agra, people are expecting basic hygiene and basic management from the biggest hospital, its not a charitable hospital or Govt hospital where people are getting free treatment. 1. Puspanjali Hospital provided one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The staff did not take the patient’s condition seriously and showed very little urgency or concern. Communication was poor, and we felt ignored during a critical time. I am extremely disappointed with the level of care and would not recommend this hospital based on my experience.
