I had a wonderful experience at the hospital during the delivery of my baby girl. From admission to discharge, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. All the nurses were extremely supportive, kind, and well-trained. They took great care of me throughout the process and made me feel comfortable at every step. We had a terrible experience at this nursing home. The gynecologist was only money-minded, kept scaring my sister throughout her pregnancy, and despite everything being normal, still forced a cesarean and charged us over 1 lakh. The staff was careless and the toilets were in very poor condition. After delivery, the baby was not checked even once — not even for fever — which led to jaundice.
