While most of my experience at the hospital was positive, I would like to raise a concern regarding the behavior of Mr. Asheem (Billing Head). From admission to discharge, his behavior was rude and unprofessional, which negatively impacted my overall experience. I believe that one such interaction should not affect the otherwise good service provided by the hospital. A

Basic Facilities** * No tissues were provided in the bathroom. * A basic dental kit was not available. * Even a simple water bottle had to be requested multiple times. **2. Post-Surgery Care Issues** * I was advised to take a sitz bath in a highly inconvenient manner—using a tub placed on the ground—rather
1Chandresh Marwah· 5 months agoVery disappointing experience. The admission and coordination staff are poorly trained in handling insurance and TPA paperwork. There were repeated, unnecessary document requests and complete lack of coordination. Instead of supporting patients and families, the process felt like harassment. Totally unacceptable in a hospital setting.
