Today I visited Neptune Hospital, Safdarjung for a PME test arranged by our company. The overall experience was disappointing. The washroom was unhygienic, and staff were not using gloves while taking blood samples. The eye check-up was very basic and no proper machine test was done. We were also not called by the doctor for any discussion on reports. Considering our company paid around ₹2500 per test, the process felt like just a formality with poor hygiene and

My mom’s case was handled by team Neptune in the best way possible .All the doctors are pro active their major and only focus is on the recovery of patient. Special thanks to Dr Rastogi , Dr Harmeet ,Dr Makheeja and Dr Kanwar. Nurses are the biggest support you can get they helped my mom to the fullest.
