I had a very disappointing experience at Sir Ganga Ram City Hospital. I visited with a genuine health concern, but the doctors did not seem focused on patients. Instead of giving proper attention, they were busy talking among themselves, which made me feel ignored and uncomfortable. Healthcare requires professionalism and patient care, but unfortunately, I did not experience that here. I expected better service and responsibility from a hospital of this reputation.
