3S Vijendran· 3 months agoI had shoulder surgery at this hospital, and it has been a very disappointing experience. Even after a long recovery period, my shoulder has not regained its proper shape, and the pain still persists. I expected improvement after surgery, but instead, I am struggling with the same issues. The post-surgery care and follow-up were not satisfactory, and I feel my concerns were not taken seriously. I trusted this hospital with my health, but the outcome has been far fr
3Murali Krish· 2 months agoNursing staff shortage is a concern that results in delayed responses, delayed medical procedures and forgetting patient call while admitted in rooms. Cleanliness, hygiene and maintenance of the facility must be improved. Unnecessary charges applied in emergency wards calling it as a process to go through emergency room where the patient enters the hospital for a treatment directly to be admitted as an IP as suggested by the doctor.
5Sethu Ritheesh· 8 months agoI met an accident suffering from ankle fracture. I was brought to the hospital, and underwent surgery with kind cooperation and care. We have been provided with well facilitating hygienic room with proper maintainence and care. The doctors, nurses and working staffs were kind, polite-friendly and clarifying. Physiotherapist visited regulary and dietitian ensured my food intake.
4Moorthy· a year agoDr. Muthus hospital were entire treatment process was well organized and efficient. The doctor explanations were clear and concise making it easy to understand. The facilities were also clean and comfortable making our stay pleasant. But the parking facilities very bad 👎... Please to improve parking availability.... Thank you so much...
