Two stars purely based on past few years experience, if need to rate based on current exp, would have rated zero. PSG has been declining in it's in patient services, cleanliness.. Have been visiting for past 7yrs. Sense of ownership and accountability is lost. In experienced nurses with no skills/empathy to deal with patients. Prestigious hospital declining mediocre services. There will be no management or operations manager staff on Sunday.. no means to escalate

I visited PSG Multispeciality Hospital after multiple enquiries and a recommendation from my previous doctor. The hospital is quite process‑oriented, and my experience started well. The head receptionist was excellent in guiding me through the procedures and patiently answering all my questions. Most of the staff members were polite and communicated clearly. As advised, I reached the hospital at 8:00 AM for enrollment to avoid long queues. However, I still
