I would like to share my experience regarding the laboratory services at GVN Hospital. I was surprised to see that, despite being a large hospital, the sample collection center appeared to have only one computer system and two laboratory attendants managing the entire process. I have take my father for his treatment. His wound was big. We worried so much about his health. I give heartfelt thank Dr.Rakesh sir. His treatment, patience, care and clear explanation made my father feel comfortable and confident throughout the long process. Now my father cure well and feel healthy. I have visited the hospital for the treatment of my father.Their service was outstanding. They prescribed a test which was conducted by an external examiner( NCS of all 4 limbs). I had paid the required charges for the above medical investigation. However, despite repeated requests, I have not been provided with a proper bill or receipt for the payment made. This hospital seriously needs to be investigated for the way it treats attendants and patients. Never ever interact with the security guards, especially the one near the ICU they behaves like a local goon, shouting, blocking entry even when doctors themselves call the attendant inside. It’s shameful that a hospital allows such people to act like this. And if you want them to cooperate, you’re expected to pay tips or offer tea/coffee. The nursing system is an

I had a very good experience at this hospital. The staff were extremely kind, caring, and professional. From the reception to the doctors and nurses, everyone treated me with respect and compassion. The hospital is clean, well-organized, and provides excellent medical care. Thank you to all the kind people who made my visit so comfortable and reassuring. Highly recommended! 🌿💐🙌🏻
