The nursing staff here is very unprofessional and poorly coordinated. They seem unsure about how to properly manage patients, and they are unresponsive when people ask questions or need assistance. The doctor is good and the consultation fee is low. However, the hospital staff are very poor. Their attitude is bad and irritating. They sell only local brand medicines. The MRP of branded and local medicines is the same, but local brands are much cheaper at the wholesale level, which is why they push those medicines. I do not like this hospital mainly because of the staff’s attitude.

Absolutely the worst hospital experience I’ve ever had. I came to the hospital at 7:40 PM with severe hand pain. The receptionist told me the doctor would arrive by 8:30 PM. I waited patiently, but even by 9:30 PM, the doctor didn’t show up.
