Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hospital to my family or friends. The overall experience made me feel that the hospital was more focused on money than patient care. We visited for throat pain, cold, cough, and a mild fever (99.6°F). As soon as we entered, the receptionist first checked whether I was a new or existing patient and collected the consultation fee even before meeting the doctor. Had very good experience during my mother's in patient treatment for gastric problem.Dr.Dilip chandar sir clearly explained the tests required to be done to diagnose the issue and mode of treatment. Sir is very polite and answer all of my doubts. Now my is doing well. We are thankful to Dr.Dilip Chandar Sir and his team of Doctors, Sisters who took care of my mother and Staffs in the front office. My request to management is to to take care of pharmacy services.
