The hospital infrastructure is very poor and does not meet the standards expected of a private hospital. In fact, even government hospitals offer better facilities. I started my pregnancy journey with this hospital and doctor in October. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and concerning. We thought everything normal. Suddenly complications happen. Baby shifted to Neolife, so much money and tension and there 1 doctor at Neolife told it is due to wrong pregnancy scan that the problem was missed. Nobody told truth about baby. After months, we took baby to CMC Vellore and cured. Very upset with Dr Chitra for not telling the truth. Next delivery we will go to A4 hospital. But we had good experience 10 years back, but last year we felt Chitra Hospital not

Popular for pregnancy issues and pregnancy related care and baby care. Taken care by Dr.chitra. good doctor - most cases handled by her have better prospects md possibility of conceiving. Waiting time is high and token based system which takes huge time. Staffs are not highly friendly. Management should look into this. Infrastructure should be developed. It's a clinic vibe. Most profits are tend to tablets & medicines - rather than consulting fees. Prescribed medicines

Very worst administrative people..no proper system.. Only doctors treatment is good other than that it's very ugly behaviour by staffs in front office..
