2Bhuvaneswari Natarajan· a month agoVadapalani sooriya hospital was best 10yrs back but not upto the mark now. Before entering to the hospital make sure to have atleast change for min 1000 to give people working there. Everyone chase you horribly for money. It happens in every hospital but here it's extreme I felt like am in GH and not in standard private hospital. Nurse station became lethargic. Ward men and housekeeping people seems ruling there and making us to feel like we are in GH. Th

I am an experienced physician, and I trusted this facility with my 88-year-old father, so I understand very clearly what appropriate standards of care should look like. What we encountered fell far below that. He was admitted with pneumonia, septic shock, and respiratory failure requiring ICU care. However , the experience with the nursing staff was disappointing. They were not willing to provide proper information about prescriptions or medication. In addition, when we pressed the call bell from the room , the response from the nurses was often rude. As a patient or attendants we expect clear communication and guidance from nursing staff. I h

From the very first day of treatment until the successful delivery of my baby, everything was handled with great care and professionalism.
