From the very beginning, the doctors were extremely knowledgeable, supportive, and reassuring at every step of the process. She listened patiently to all my concerns and provided clear, detailed explanations regarding my delivery. The duty staff were also extremely supportive and courteous. Special thanks to all the duty nurses — they took excellent care of mother and baby. What really impressed us is that they never asked for any money, and even when we tried to give, they politely refused. The hospital is clean, comfortable, and staff are very caring.
