Dear Sir, Last night I visited Apollo ND City Hospital and I had a very disappointing experience with the security guards. Some of the guards appeared to be under the influence of alcohol, and one guard was sleeping while on duty. This is not the first time I have noticed such behavior. Even during my previous visit, the guards behaved without proper manners and professionalism. Security staff should know how to speak respectfully with visitors and remain alert

After so much treatment we were about to loose hope but then we met Dr Vibha at City Hospital. She explained everything in detail and clearly. I underwent procedure under Dr Vibha. Even after surgery she explained everything in detail and guided us about steps to be taken in future. I am very grateful to Dr Vibha and staff. Staff here is very nice and took care as their owns. I had my Lap Chole surgery done by Dr. Gursimran Singh. I had gallbladder stones for a long time and there were some complications too, but sir handled everything very well. Surgery went smoothly and I started walking the same evening. Also, the entire hospital staff was very caring and supportive.
