Shiv Medicity Multi Speciality Hospital is an excellent and trustworthy hospital. The doctors are highly experienced and the staff is very polite, caring, and supportive. The hospital is clean well-maintained and provides great medical facilities. Patients are treated with proper care and attention. I am very satisfied with the treatment and services provided. Highly recommended hospital.

Extremely disappointing experience. Neither the doctor nor the hospital staff provided clear or accurate answers to any of our questions. Instead of being helpful, they came across as rude and lacked basic manners while communicating. What was even more concerning was that the doctor seemed more focused on his dinner than on attending to the patient. This kind of negligence and lack of professionalism is unacceptable in a healthcare setting. Would not recommend

The hospitality is below par even in the private ward they do not even provide basic facilities like water the attender himself has to collect the water , and there is so much delay in the formalities and positives are the doctor and nurses nd support staff .... Overall an average experience

My recent visit was disappointing. 👎 The receptionist provided inaccurate information regarding the doctor's availability, leading to a substantial one-hour wait just to review blood test results. 🕰️ The pricing structure also appeared inflated. 💸 Customer service needs considerable improvement. 😠
