Our experience at this hospital was extremely disappointing and stressful. While Dr. Shishir Jaiswal was professional, patient, and one of the very few positives during our stay, almost every other aspect of the management and support system failed badly. The paramedic staff and nurses were rude, dismissive, and largely unhelpful. Basic assistance had to be repeatedly requested, and even then, there was little cooperation. My experience at this hospital has been excellent. The treatment is effective and well-managed. The doctors are highly professional and take time to explain everything clearly. The staff is very cooperative and caring. I truly appreciate the service and would definitely recommend this hospital to others..

Overall service are excellent, Well-organized hospital with a strong focus on patient safety and quality care. Clinical and support teams are cooperative, and systems like infection control, patient identification, and emergency response are in place. With continued staff training and process strengthening, the hospital has good potential for further quality improvement.
