I was admitted to the Neurology department and received treatment under the ESIC scheme. The doctors provided excellent care and explained my condition clearly. The nursing staff was caring and attentive, and my treatment was done on time. Overall, I am very satisfied with the treatment and services provided.

"My wife underwent treatment here under ESIC. While the medical treatment and doctors are excellent, the administrative process for ESIC patients can be quite slow. We had to wait for a significant amount of time for the authorization and discharge formalities. The hospital is clean and well-equipped, but they could definitely improve their speed in handling government schemes to make it easier for the family. The nursing staff was also very caring and supportive. I was well-cared for at all times. The best part was that the entire treatment was free of charge through ESIC, and there were no complications of any kind. The hospital environment is clean and organized. Very bad hospital i have never seen .firstly i want to write about the receptionist she is currepted .....entry charges for consultation is nominal but she is not giving receipt and in the receipt are given by her not mentioned the charges .when i am asking for that she is telling .... ma'am ko pta chljata h m receipt me likh di hu naa.....we are not fool ki hum smjhe nhi ki jeb me paise rakh k bill kam ka dena kya hota h ......also i don't like the hospital fac
