Worst hospital experience ever at Mark Hospital Bilaspur. When a family comes to a hospital, they come with fear, hope, and trust but sadly this place only seems interested in money. Instead of properly treating patients and explaining things clearly, they quickly push for expensive tests and operations. It genuinely felt like business was more important than human life. An extremely disappointing experience at Mark Hospital, Bilaspur. The staff is highly unprofessional and rude to patients and their attendants. They seem to care more about extracting money and fooling people with unnecessary tests than providing actual medical care. There is absolutely no transparency in their billing. Beware of this place if you are looking for genuine, ethical treatment.
