Today (13/05/26) my mom has been admitted to Sum hospital in the oncology dept for her first chemo. We got admitted at around 11 am, after that the dietician came and took the information about her other diseases like diabetes. And she's diabetic. She took note and said that the hospital would provide lunch. After that another nurse came and noted again that she's diabetic and said that lunch would come around 1 pm. We waited an hour straight, there was no food. I

I was diagnosed with minor brain inflammation and was got admitted in sum hospital under Dr. Srimant pattainaik. And getting my treatment done here since last 12 days. Every staffs nurses are well behaved and cooperative. Here feeling better day by day But slight eye disorder is still there so doctor is paying attention towards that seriously.

The doctors consultation is excellent. His way of talking with the patients is splendid. The sisters also have good patiency. Their response is so good.Very good hospital with good amenities. Doctors are patiently listening to the problems and staff are polite. Overall satisfactory in all aspects

The hospital is very big, but neither the doctors nor the nurses are ready to listen to anything. Recently, I went there for a dental root canal treatment. I had problems in two teeth, and at first they said they would treat both. But after discussing the billing, they only did the root canal for one teethand left the other untreated.
