I went to Blue Wheel Hospital for my father’s monthly check-up because his doctor was transferred there. We got his blood tests done, including RFT, Hb, and calcium. The staff told us that the reports would be ready in 3 hours. However, even after 4 hours, the RFT report was still not ready. My patient name is Ranu das Treatment of this hospital is so good 👍.. Staff behaviour is also good, nursing staffs are so carring and supportive.... They are treat my patient as there own daughter. Hospital is good and the doctors also. But the ground staff are of no use. My grandpa admitted there for 5 days. But not in single day they came to change their dress or bed sheet. Cleanliness is not an option here. Bathrooms are not cleaning even once a day. I asked the staff to clean it due to bad smell as there are only patients using that but that also not happened.

I will send 0 star for this hospital . 1.hospital staff are very arogant and very irrespective talking way to pateint 2.and there's security which is followed z+ security protocols 😆😆even you have a visit to see pateint 3. Don't bring your child in hospital .. 4.and they no parkings facility for two wheeler I suggest kindly don't come through two wheeler

The doctors in the hospital are providing very good treatment, but the management is not satisfactory. Recently, I admitted my father here. He was taken for an ECO test, and we are waiting outside. However, we were not informed where he was taken or for what exact purpose. As we are family members waiting outside, it is the responsibility of the hospital authorities to keep us informed about where the patient is being taken and what procedures are being done.
