I faced problem at the time of admission due to the miscoordination of the front office executive orelse everything is going on smoothly. What to say about Dr Sanjay Jangid.... He is a very sober and helpful person. His friendly behaviour works a lot to cure the disease than the medicines. Thank you so much..,.......
4Amaresh Mishra· 2 months agoI have got treatment by Mr Rajesh Padhi sir and he is very good by encouraging me to get well soon and also all hospital staff are nice behaviour and coperative. But it is sorry to say that insurance department does coopate with us. After discharge reports they told us it will take another 3 hours for discharge from hospital. We request them several times but they didn't listen.
1biranchi narayan samanta singhar· a month agoReceptionist is not cooperating with the queries and disconnected the call. Very poor experience. The patient was admitted on 25th May and we were promised a twin-sharing bed by 26th May, but it is still not provided. Every time we ask, staff just say “no bed available” without any clear update. Lack of communication and commitment is disappointing.
