One of the best hospitals in the city. I came here for consultation after a botched operation in another hospital and after spending almost five lacks in bills. I was admitted into emergency ward initially and was later referred to Dr. Gourav Das. At the first interaction he made me feel as if nothing has happened and it was a minor thing. I had the worst experience there. Went to Utkal hospital for getting a xray done. Paid Rs 506 including Rs 200 for registration. After two hours of waiting my turn did not come and i was told to wait for one more hour. Thats when my patience wore out and i decided to cancel it and get a refund. I did the same but could get an refund of Rs 300 only and was told that Rs 200 went into registration since it was my first visit. After loosing two hours and Rs 200 i finally return

I had a very pleasant experience with the canteen at Utkal Hospital. The food quality is really good fresh, hygienic, and well prepared. The service is also commendable. A special mention to Lata and Bini for their polite behavior, prompt service, and friendly attitude. They ensure everything is well managed and make the overall experience even better.
