Extremely disappointing experience. Before making the payment for my NT NB scan, I clearly asked if it could be done immediately, and I was assured that it would. However, after the payment was made, I was informed that the doctor would arrive after an hour. The doctor actually came almost 2 hours later, and the entire process took nearly 5 hours for a simple scan. What made it worse was the rude and insensitive behavior of one of the attendants. My first pregnancy was handled here. Dr. Varsha ma’am is extremely supportive, and her staff is also very helpful. From the very beginning, they guided me through everything properly. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Got the good care from nursing staff. Housekeeping was also maintaining cleanliness on daily basis. Single room was comfortable. Doctors were on regular rounds, except on Sunday. Had proper treatment.
