Extremely bad experience. The staff is unprofessional and the doctors take too long to see patients. There is no proper management and patients are forced to wait for a long time. The management is not good and patients have to wait for hours without proper information. Very disappointing experience.

Had a great experience at the hospital. The environment is clean and well managed, with friendly staff and doctors. Special thanks to Director Amit Sir for being so kind. I was admitted on 20/09/2025 and discharged on 24/09/2025 — everyone was very helpful and treated patients with care and respect.

When we went to Global Hospital, the staff there was the best, everything was fine and everything was taken care of there, there was no problem of any kind with the nurse etc. The doctor sahib comes on time and examines the patient, I found the Global Hospital of Bhagalpur to be the best.

One of the worst hospital ever seen in my life. 1. None of the doctors wear PPE kit. 2. Inside ICU one doctor is wearing PPE kit and examining all patients without sanitizing. 3. Anyone can go inside ICU. No restrictions. 4. Security outside ICU is friendly and allows everyone with mask and without mask inside the ICU. 5. No AC inside ICU. 6. All billing counters have full AC. 7. Power outages are very regular. 8. High risk consent signature will be taken at the beginn
