My experience with Jivandeep Hospital for a maternity case was very disappointing. The hospital does not seem to have proper facilities for newborn babies, especially for premature or critical newborn care. In emergency situations involving premature delivery, advanced neonatal support and NICU facilities are extremely important, but the overall experience here felt inadequate and unsafe for newborn care. I had a very disappointing and painful experience at this hospital in Baripada. Patients already go through a lot physically and mentally, but the behavior of the staff here makes it even worse. The staff at the reception and in the ward are extremely careless and unprofessional. Instead of attending to patients, they are often busy using WhatsApp or wasting time, while patients are left waiting and ignored. Basic respect and attention towards patients are completely mis

Report miss match at discharge time Billing counter staff also not properly typeing patient data , communicating skill is very poor specially (pallabi & Liza khilar) No Nursing officer officer available

The dialysis unit is very good, clean and friendly staff. A special mention to Dipti (from the Dialysis Unit) who is not only experienced but also very helpful and caring. It makes my Mum's dialysis experience much comfortable
