I was hospitalised for four days and the service was top notch- special mention to all the “nurses” and staff for always smiling, kind, patient and extremely helpful even when it’s super packed and busy. And Dr. Sujatha was 👌🏻 Duty doctors - not really reliable and that was the only problem but the specialty doctors are great .Please only listen and directly talk to nurses and your specific specialty doctors. Prices are reasonable too , highly recommend. Thankyou

Extremely poor customer service. I called the hospital multiple times to confirm my ENT appointment and check doctor availability, but no one answered the calls. After repeated attempts, the calls were simply disconnected. It is unacceptable for a hospital to ignore patients seeking basic information and assistance. Such unprofessional behavior reflects poorly on the hospital's commitment to patient care. The management should take immediate steps to improve responsi

Soukyada Hospital maintains excellent hygiene standards, and the nurses and staff are always supportive and well trained. The doctors patiently explain everything, even mundane things, which is reassuring✌ Dr. Megha H M is a highly skilled gynic who encouraged me toward a normal delivery.
