We had an excellent experience at the Rainbow Children’s hospital - Hebbal Bengaluru branch for my child’s Adenotonsillectomy surgery. The doctor Archana Muralidharan was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and explained the entire procedure and recovery process very clearly, which gave us a lot of confidence and comfort. Courteous nursing staff, good facilities and ambient rooms. They take feedback seriously and implement changes immediately. For e.g., food, housekeeping, nursing timings are few areas I shared feedback. The staff were supportive and listened to my concerns. All of the issues I mentioned were addressed the next day. I have a minor surgery performed by Dr. Spoorthy. During entire process she being very supportive and nursing staff was attentive and very caring. However billing or insurance team need improvement on the coordination and followup, currently insurance team is poor in this aspect. Reason for me to say this is at first interaction team was not given total estimates. We provided documents for checking on insurance applicability but even 2 days over no response. I w
