At the time of admission, we clearly informed your team that we had valid ICICI health insurance and requested that the treatment be processed under the cashless insurance facility. Your staff assured us that the insurance eligibility would be checked and confirmed. Based on this assurance, we proceeded with the treatment. Worst hospital it took my dad away by it's worst administration! Never ever take patients to this hospital.Nurses are very rude and uncultured there are no specialist doctors at all.Never take any patients here.

One of the most disappointing experiences I've witnessed at this hospital was their prioritization of money over care. While the treatment itself was satisfactory, I found some of the nurses to be unhelpful. My daughter was discharged on Friday (May 10th, 2024), and we were told to collect the discharge summary the next day (Saturday). However, it's now been several days, and it's still not ready. Doctors are undoubtedly excellent. Facilities are good but two stars are for some mannerless nursing staff who though very experienced still treat even emergency patients in a very rude way. Sister pushpa needs to bring politeness in dealing with patients and their family members as well. Just because they are senior staff there it doesn't mean that they can boss over patients and their kith an kin. They behave as though they are more knowledgeable than doctors. Me
