Poor laboratory staff Very poor communication and unprofessional handling of blood tests. Since blood tests are not usually urgent, it’s better to choose a good, well-managed laboratory. My husband had hernia and one of our friend referred dr prakash and we visited his clinic, he examined and referred an operation. Later he suggested us in getting operated in shanbhag hospital, there all the staffs took care of us until the day we got discharged and even they visited us offen. In the last few days, I visited the hospital at around 8:10 AM. My 7-year-old son is suffering from thyroid issues, so I asked the front office which doctor was available. One of the front office staff, a lady named Saraswathi, told me to wait and said she would check, but she gave unclear instructions. I waited for about 15 minutes in front of her.
