She explained the problem clearly and guided us through every step of the treatment with confidence and compassion. The laparoscopy procedure was handled very professionally. The surgery went smoothly, and the recovery was faster than expected. The doctor ensured proper follow-up and was always approachable for doubts.

Only two glucose drips were administered, and blood sugar and BP were checked, yet the total bill for a one-day stay came to ₹13,000. The charges seemed excessive and lacked transparency. I expected better service and clearer billing. Overall, a poor experience.

She understood my situation and referred me to Dr. Chandan at Manipal Hospital for the right treatment. What touched me the most was her genuine care.
