I visited this hospital twice for my wife’s early pregnancy checkups. The doctor was polite, explained everything clearly, and suggested the correct medication. I appreciate the doctor’s approach and guidance. However, my experience with the pharmacy staff was disappointing. I request not to go this hospital it's full of money minded and their mindset is of C Section only not to go with normal delivery. The staff nurse and the duty doctor is waste they are very useless. I want to mention one of the staff nurse she is christian I don't know what exactly her name is she watching reels on the mobile during my labour pain even after water leakage and the pain was heavy. Iam extremely disappointed with the quality of care provided by the pediatrician at this hospital. As a parent, you visit a specialist for clarity and expertise, but I received neither. ​Throughout the consultation, the doctor appeared unsure of themselves, frequently using phrases like "I don’t know," "might be," and "we can assume." If a medical professional is essentially guessing, it defeats the entire purpose of the visit.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hospital. The discharge process was extremely slow, and pharmacy billing was unnecessarily delayed. Despite having insurance coverage and already paying the required deposit for non-covered expenses, I was still charged additional amounts unfairly. Doctors are ok interns of handling the patient but not up to the caring & neutral, they always want to write some medicines & make petients buy from this hospital. Hospital management is totally useless & not at all kind. Price is high now after they shifted to this new building. Lab is newly started and not even enough staffs employed here.
