I found the hospital staff very cordial and caring which matters much to the patient. Dr. Saurabh Bhargava, Urologist is the best medic I have ever met. The hospital service in every respect is very good. My overall experience is truly satisfactory. Thanks and gratitude to all of MSMC.

Alhamdulillah, we had an excellent experience at Narayan Hrudayalaya Hospital, Bangalore. The doctors, nurses, and staff are very caring and professional. In my opinion, there is no hospital better than this in the world. May Allah bless the entire team for their service to humanity

Worst service in MRI section in basement, we were waiting for 1 hour for MRI, but they didn't took our patient, took the next patient who just came and was waiting for only 10 minutes. Will not recommend. Worst service, worst system, each and every steps, wait, wait and wait. I don't know why patients prefer this hospital.

What particularly caught my attention was the high level of knowledge and professionalism demonstrated by the front-desk staff at the Gastroenterology OPD.
