Just brief i was referred by Doctor to Sagar Hospital, But my experience has truly been awkward, absurd and worst in all cases. I have first class insurance and the hospital insurance person took all the details and gave a quote and never gave full details of billing and the approval was taken even before admission . I had a great experience at Sagar Hospital. Mr. Kumar, the blood bank manager, was extremely helpful throughout the entire process—from the initial formalities to the final discharge. He guided me clearly at every step and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. What stood out most was his kindness and humility. Mr. Kumar is a very humble and genuinely supportive person, and I truly appreciate his patience and assistance. Highly recommended!
