From small beginings from the 70's as an out of the city hospital to a very efficient very busy hospital for the working class of people. Very reasonable price but waiting is there and no one will fleece you. All major and minor surgery only if required.. Early 90's there was a hospital head Dr. Naylor from the USA who also attended to patients she was very kind and friendly with all her patients. I recently underwent surgery at Baptist hospital under the care of Dr. Rajnish Samal. who truly cares about his patients and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. The hospital staff were incredibly supportive and helpful. Doctor Jasmine Sara was so professional and helpful. Binitha was kind and attentive towards me. Low rating is mainly attributed to poor guest relation and low maintenance of the visitor testing hall for the patients attenders - mainly for patients in ICU Nobody is bothered to address the concern of dirty room and toilets like roadside public toilets and rooms with linen not cleared and dust accumulated across room will make attender into patient

The entire Hospital premises is neat and clean. Every department is well equipped - especially the Cardiac Section - the ECG and ECHO, PFT dept, has trained personnel. The Cardiologist is very efficient and understanding with a listening ear. The Pulmonologist too gave sufficient time to see my reports and explained my problem.
