Had a really excellent experience at Manipal Hospitals Clinics today. From the moment I walked in, the entire process felt smooth, organised, and genuinely patient-focused. A special mention to Divya at reception for being warm, efficient, and extremely helpful throughout. Sonu was equally supportive and courteous, making the whole experience very comfortable. I visited Manipal Clinic Indiranagar for knee pain that had been bothering me for a couple of weeks. The overall experience was very good. The consultation was thorough - the doctor took time to understand my symptoms, examined my knee carefully, and explained the possible cause in a clear and simple way. This clinic is mostly used by those who are looking for corporate annual health checkup. I was here on a weekday and everything went smooth. Compared to other big hospital (including manipal hospital) the consultation doctor spend good time with the patient and explain in detail. Breakfast provided was good. Highly recommended. Please note it has limited parking for 2 and 4 wheelers.
