I’m sharing this review based on our recent experience. We visited this hospital and were charged ₹2500 for the initial consultation, with a clear assurance that future consultations would be free. However, when we returned, they refused to honor this and demanded additional payment. What was more disappointing was that when we tried to consult the doctor, we were instead attended by a nurse who provided guidance, without any direct interaction with the doctor.

First, the billing is extremely expensive. Second, the cafeteria service is very poor. Even after filing a complaint, no corrective action was taken. Alarmingly, a steel scrub was found in the food served to a pregnant patient, which is a serious safety concern. Additionally, if Dr. Ankit spoke to us in staircase while going to home after discharge and after settling the bill, the additional consultation was charged, which is unreasonable.
