"I visited this hospital twice recently, and on both occasions, the staff informed me about the challenges they were facing due to a high volume of patients and ongoing operations. Despite making an effort to visit during the doctor's availability, it seems the hospital is under significant strain. The lady at reception behaved very rudely and unprofessionally. Her manner of speaking to the patient was completely inappropriate, and she lacked proper guidance. Such an attitude is completely unacceptable in a hospital. Management should address this; it could tarnish the hospital's reputation. Dr. Ketan Soni is very good, but the staff is very rude.
