I had USG done at Nanavati. I was extremely satisfied by the service. Dr Arti Joshi and her assistant Alfia, were very professional and responsive. They took care of everything and made the entire process seamless all the way from check-in to collecting the final report.

Dr and staff is so rude. I consulted before1.5 year, at last moment they given one injection which stops my labour pain so u hv to do c section. They kept my file with them. And threatening like might be baby will be in risk and all. In my case, we initially opposed them bcs we couldn't bare c section cost and due date not yet. 1) In deliver case, normal delivery was about to happen and nurse gave an injection to stop labour and the result was cesarean.. 2) For some gynec problem, explained a cure and after the treatment, cost was 26k. Not allowed to leave without paying. When I went out to withdraw, shifted patient to a normal room and didn't switch on AC. Even requested by patient, AC was not ON. Dr purvi is good. My wife has 10 years of experience. She is helpful.

According to me my experience with this hospital was very good. The doctor was good nurses was very helpful all staff was supportive. Would recommend!!!!!!!!
