1Bhumi Kothari· a month agoI am disappointed with the hospital service during a simple UTI treatment. The staff was not attentive, and there was a lack of timely care and response. Nurses were not careful enough, which made the experience stressful and uncomfortable. There also seemed to be poor coordination between doctors and nurses, leading to confusion and delays in treatment and communication. Additionally, the staff appeared to be poorly trained in handling patients professionally and

I had my health checkup on February 07 2026, but I still haven't received my reports, even though I was promised they would be delivered to my office and that they would call me within two days. Neither the call nor the reports arrived. Beyond that, the staff was extremely unprofessional and had no coordination, making me run from one department to another for tests. To make matters worse, the food provided was of very poor quality
1krunal patel· 7 months agoBooked corporate health check-up on last Saturday 15 November. Staff is not at all easy to approach. We continuosly need to ask for next steps and also bad behaviour specially by x-ray technician like as he do free of cost and oblige. Never ever visit for health checkup at apollo city centre it is handled by unprofessional staff.
1Khanshab King· 3 months agoApollo hospital is good but inside the ICU department the hospital staff is wearing shoes and going around wearing routine shoes. One has to go to the ICU department wearing ICU shoes. Please explain this to your own staff. Routine shoues is not allowed
