My patient was admitted to your hospital for the last 15 days for kidney stone surgery. During this period, we experienced very poor service and a lack of proper patient care. The staff was not supportive, communication was inadequate, and our concerns were not addressed properly. There was no proper response when assistance was needed, which caused sign
