Pathetic staff, they always said that connect at 9:00AM for the appointment and when we tried to connect then they didn't even receive the call and after 10:00 AM they receive the call Said connect tomorrow at 9:00AM for the appointment. Such a idiotic staff as well as appointment culture.

Staff is really bad. They allow their known patients to be attended first. You will have to wait till your last breath even if you have taken prior appointment or came early. Even doctor doesn't bother. Nurses are not trained they do not even know how to measure blood pressure. Do not waste your time and money as lot of better & caring doctors are available in Agra except Dr Gargi.

Visited for the first time today (Feb 3,2025) & had a wonderful experience. Dr Gargi is incredibly humble, polite, & has a great demeanor

Pathetic Staff, Poor Attendant, and Third Class System of Appointment, They Won't Give uh Number, If they give they'll call uh at 4 but than they ask uh wait for another 2 hour, Overall you'll quit on treatment, Third Class System,
