I'm extremely disappointed with Sparsh Malhotra Hospital My mother passed away here, and the experience was deeply traumatic due to the hospital’s poor management and unprofessional behavior. The ICU staff and doctors showed no empathy, no sensitivity, and no responsibility. Their behavior was rude and careless at a time when a family expects support and basic humanity. The staff appeared untrained and uneducated in how to deal with critical patients and grieving

Everything is easy here in the hospital. I would like to say that the doctors are very good and they calm down the patients. Please you all also come to Sparsh Malhotra and get solution to all your problems.👍

I’m very grateful to the hospital team and the doctor for their outstanding care. The staff was kind and attentive, and the doctor explained everything clearly and treated me with great compassion. Truly a wonderful experience during a difficult time.

Nice hospital. Having a good staff good management with attentive towards pateint.Hygiene maintaince was also very well. There is staff Mr neetesh(Incharge) was very polite and very experienced and also other staff like Mr anuj Mr Niresh. Was very helpful towards my father Thank you now my father was stable and good recovery thnkiu so much Dr Sachin and his team .
