Overall, I had a very good experience at this hospital. My mother underwent calculus treatment, and the care provided by the doctors and staff was excellent. The hospital is clean, hygienic, and well-maintained. One suggestion would be to increase the number of receptionists during peak working hours so that waiting times at the reception can be reduced to less than 5 minutes. Thank you to the entire team for their professional and caring service. (P)
